Saturday 21st April 2012 saw the official launch of Contrakai‘s range of customised merchandise with a brand new stall at Chester-le-Street Market in Durham.
A lot of work had gone into preparation for the big day, not to mention sleepless nights and a house full of very colourful t-shirts! An early start was needed to create an eye-catching display of printed t-shirts and merchandise to lure the lucky folk of Chester-le-Street.
A fantastic range of popular designs and slogans were available at unbeatable prices, not to mention a special section just for the awesome fans of Newcastle United FC. Every NUFC t-shirt sold would guarantee at least £1 would be donated to Newcastle United Women’s FC who currently receive no sponsorship and very little funding of their own.
Exciting and exhausting in equal measure, yesterday’s Contrakai launch was an overwhelming success. Direct sales, promising online enquiries and lots of new Twitter followers were definitely proof, if proof were needed, that hard-work and dedication do pay off.
